Hands of Hope Community Program
The PURPOSE of the Hands of Hope Community Grant Program is to provide assistance within the community by offering the support needed to overcome challenges, lending a helping hand while creating opportunities for a brighter future. Our program provides assistance to the elderly, disabled adults and family caregivers.
Our GOAL for 2024 is to provide up 20 individuals/caregivers with assistance.
Our GOAL for 2024 is to provide one-hundred and fifty (150) seniors within the community and nursing facilities with new pajama sets through our Holiday Pajamas for Seniors Drive
